South Islington Non-Randomized Trial This is a comparison of admission rates and bed days before an intensive home treatment service was established and after–a quasi-experimental study. After the team was established, the admission rate 6 weeks after a crisis was 22% less; the bed days was 32% less; satisfaction of patients was much greater.
