15. What was learned about the relationship between management style and organizational performance during the creation of crisis resolution & home treatment teams in England

The virtually en masse creation of many novel mental health teams in England-the roll out of dozens of crisis resolution & home treatment teams created an opportunity to assess how quality of leadership and staff attitudes and well-being affected organizational performance. This research was carried out by Real World Group ( a University of Leeds spin-out company) and King’s College London Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health. 46 CRHT teams were assessed and followed longitudinally. leadership in crt study
